Recreation is abundant whether taking a scenic drive through the rolling wine country and visits to our area wineries, hiking the Appalachian Trail, fly-fishing in our trout-filled rivers and streams, golfing, horseback riding, tubing or canoeing down the famous Chattahoochee River.
A favorite getaway is Unicoi State Park with lots of trails for hiking and mountain biking as well as swimming and boating on Unicoi Lake.
